YBhg. Dato’ Sr. Ahmad Zainuddin Hj. Jamaluddin, Profesor Adjung, aged 63, was appointed to the board on 9 May 2012. He also sits in the Board of Keretapi Tanah Melayu (Independent Non-Executive Director), Chairman of KTMB Board Audit Committee, Board of Ipoh Cargo Terminal Berhad and Fiberail Berhad.

A registered Quantity Surveyor as well as member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia, he hold a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying from the Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, Scotland. Prior to his appointment, Dato'Sr. Ahmad Zainuddin was an Executive Director of DK Binajaya Sdn. Bhd. Throughout his 30 years professional career, he had been instrumental in the realization of various multi-million national and international projects through the country, notably the Express Rail Link connection Kuala Lumpur and KLIA, highway privatization projects such as the New Klang Valley Expressway, North-South Expressway and KLIA Expressway as well as construction of the Kuala Lumpur Light Rapid Transit and Monorail lines.

On 1st September 2017, he was awarded Adjunct Professor by Fakulti Alam Bina, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Encik Mohd Hider bin Yusoff, aged 48, was appointed to the Board on 14 March 2013. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Science (Resource Economics) from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 1995.

An experienced professional in the rail industey, Mohd. Hider started his career at the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research as a researcher in 1995 and in 1997 he decided to take up a new challenge by joining KTMB as a Corporate Planning Executive. Since then, he had grew into becoming an expert in various disciplines and these experiences had earned him several key positions in KTMB and currently, he is assigned as the General Manager for Procurement. Prior to assuming his current role, he had served KTMB as the General Manager of Transformation Management Office and General Manager of Commuter Services.
